I also fell into owning this POS. It lacks a lot of features: ex. You have to manually create all your accounts. As of writing this the database hasn't been updated so there are domains that have been closed for a year in the system. It is buggy, ex. clicking in a text field and doing a Ctrl A doesn't select all text. And as Chris stated, they will not honor their 30 day refund policy, in fact out of 4 emails I sent them, none have been returned, and 1 was a support issue. If you use PayPal they will not honor the return policy either, so you up the creak with a POS over priced software. I don't agree with the author that it is a fantastic piece of software. (check your typos)

I also have Automatic Article Submitter, which is cheaper and blows this out of the water. Not to mention their customer support responds to emails.

This product absolutely stinks. If you go to check the article submissions, you'll find that they haven't been done and the company will not honor its refund policy and I have the emails to prove it.
